New Reverse Mortgage Product

With recent changes to the HECM Reverse Mortgage program, the reverse mortgage community is asking more than ever when will a proprietary product enter the marketplace?  It will take educating the investment community that reverse mortgage securities are sound.  But educating mainstream media about reverse mortgages is nothing new to us:  we have been educating people for numerous years now and everyday we continue to educate.  At the moment, there is talk that 2014 may bring with it a proprietary reverse mortgage product.  Now we just need to wait and see.
