Reverse Mortgage proceeds can be used to make home improvements.  In fact, using a Reverse Mortgage to make home improvements is one of the most popular uses of the program.  As we age in place so do our homes which require updating and renovations to make the home more functional.  A recent survey conducted by Zillow.com shows that 60% of homeowners plan on making home improvements this summer.
